Ministries at AGCC

Those who attend AGCC are involved in many different ministries. Check some out below.

  • Life Groups

There are often several cell groups meeting for Bible study or common interest. Please contact the church office for information about attending one.

    • Men's Book Study: 'Culturally Relevant Questions' Tuesdays at 11:30 a.m.
    • Women's Bible Study: 'Lazarus Awakening'; Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
    • Women's Book Study: 'Stuck' by Jenny Allen; Thursdays at 11:00 a.m.
    • 'Exercising the Temple of Christ' (fitness); Thursdays at 8:00 a.m.
  • Women in community

Soul Sisters is a monthly gathering for women of all ages.

We are better together. We invite you to get connected; building meaningful friendships, encouraging one another and edifying Jesus.

He restores my soul. Psalm 23:3

For information, contact the church office: 802-877-3903 or contact Lisa Oldham by email.

  • men's ministries

Men's ministries strives to bring men together in common interest to encourage and strengthen each other.  The men meet once per month for events, devotional time, and prayer.

If you are interested in participating in any event, contact Dave Carpenter by email or contact the church office.

  • Nursery services

AGCC has an active nursery ministry.  We welcome infants to age 5. If you are new to our church, please feel free to bring your child to our nursery.  We always have two adults available to provide care.

Bring your child's diaper bag and snacks, and be sure to let us know of your child's special needs.

If you have any questions or would like to volunteer, please feel free to email Lorri Wolniewicz or contact the church office.

  • Ministry to children

Ministry to our youth is so important. There are two groups - Kidz Blast and Little Blast. These are active learning sessions led separately by two helpers each week. If you are interested in helping in this ministry, contact Hannah LaValla at email.

  • other opportunities

    • We provide backpacks of food for local elementary school children whose families have limited resources to help them over weekends when there are no school lunches
    • AGCC continues to support Operation Christmas Child by contributing hundreds of shoeboxes full of gifts and love to children around the world
    • As a church we want to encourage others around the world who may not otherwise hear the Gospel.  To that end, we support several missionaries through donations, letters, cards, and prayer.
